Tina Sinfarosa

Tina is the ultimate (people and business) manager. She is driven – her passion is delivering value to our clients. She is a natural at building relationships, trust, alliances and motivating the team to get things done.

We found her 12 years ago and she joined us to manage our #1 client (which also happens to be the world’s #1 consumer packaged goods company). She did this so well that we asked her to manage the whole company.

Today, Tina’s insightful attitude, strategic thinking and contagious enthusiasm help shape and lead the Quadrant vision. She still oversees larger projects and is known for adding the “Wow” Factor that translates into results.

Her management philosophy comes right off a shampoo bottle:
