… the IVF Clinic Toolkit 2011 was developed to drive distribution and awareness of Iams® Veterinary Formula™ diets in clinics and promote trial among former IVF clients as well as new prospects. The toolkit communicated the product benefits, available formulas, and included components to educate the veterinarians on P&G Pet Care’s quality assurance program. Phase two was developed to inform the veterinarians and their clients of the NEW Iams® Veterinary Formula™ packaging, formula names and the formula advancements. Incentive programs were also available to the veterinarians and their clients to promote continual purchase and trial.
